SHIPPING & RETURNS
Natural Warp makes sure to pack, insure, and ship your limited editions worldwide with the biggest care. The artwork will be delivered to you within three to ten business days depending on item type and your location. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your item will arrive.
Any customs taxes are not included in the purchase.
Receiving a shipment will require a signature on your end when receiving the package. If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it.

Return Policy - Limited Editions
At Natural Warp Studios, customer satisfaction is top priority.
If you're not delighted with your limited edition artwork purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. If you notify us after 5 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
For a full refund, the purchased item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, by using the original shipping container. Since we are offering limited edition artwork only, it must be returned with all accompanying certificates you received with your order.
To complete your return, we require that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
When your artwork is delivered and you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you sign for the delivery and before you open it.
Then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and call us immediately +32 (0) 479 307 133. Make sure that the carrier documents the damage. These are important steps to make use of the insurance.
